The 2400 Central Ave Project is a 113,000 square-foot, two-story building with provisions for a mid-level to be installed in the future. This core/shell is intended to be the building for a major tech company and has unique lighting features in the entryway. In addition to the 3500 service, the building is equipped with 13 ChargePoint EV charging stations, provisions for another 21 chargers, and roof top solar. E Light performed the AC side of the rooftop system.

This project provided evidence that the wire pulling solutions, which Southwire had suggested, are effective. The team pulled eight parallel runs of 750 copper feeder conductors, and this solution reduced a single wire pulling run from 43 to 13 minutes.
