This project covered all support rooms needed to facilitate operations in the day surgery area, specifically, four operating rooms, six PACU bays, and eight prep bays. Although principal construction occurred in the 16,500 square-foot empty tenant space, the team also coordinated work around existing tenants and powered the new rooftop equipment during business hours. With Meridian Fire as a trade partner, E Light delivered another top-quality product on-time and on-budget.
