This three-floor project is located at 742 South Broadway, Denver. Roth Living are providers of innovative technology and high-end appliances for the home. The first floor features a customer showroom; the second floor is office space for Roth Living employees as well as a test kitchen and culinary center where people can learn how different appliances work; and the third floor is slated to be future office space but has just been completed as core and shell for now. One key part of the project was design and construction of a video wall made up of 16 TVs that function as one, allowing the company to display large-scale mock-ups to their clients.
