The Director of Education and Loss Prevention oversees safety, education, scheduling, quality, commissioning, contracts, design and prefabrication departments for E Light. With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in all aspects of electrical contracting and operational management, he works closely with operations and preconstruction to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently with a high level of quality. Ted has been instrumental in using E Lightâs prefabrication and Lean Construction practices to maximize the impact of each clientâs financial investment.

Tedâs roots in electrical contracting extend back to the age of 10, when he started working with his electrician father. His professional experience has included project oversight in both the field and the office for a wide range of commercial construction projects. His certifications include Master Electrician licenses in multiple States, NCCER Master Trainer, Lean Construction Coach, Electrical Safety Trainer, and NICET Fire Alarm and Power Testing Certifications. Ted is also a primary member of Code Making Panel 4 for the National Electric Code.

Ted is a grandfather who enjoys fly fishing and spending time with his family. Â He is also a model railroad enthusiast.
