In 2014, Dan Tennyson joined E Light Electric as a Project Engineer – a humble beginning to his successful career in the renewables field. Over the last 12 years, he has played a pivotal role in building and managing the success of several large and small-scale solar sites across the country. Since the start, Dan has brought to E Light unwavering determination to complete complex projects and assurance that his teams are held to high standards of commitment to safety, quality, and excellence.

As the Director of Renewables, Dan leads with years of photovoltaic experience and a people-first approach that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and development. He is a charismatic, natural team leader who excels in uniting the field teams, executive leadership, and clients to yield results that exceed expectations. Dan aims to continue fostering a culture of trust and engagement for the employees and trade partners he proudly works with.

Off the clock, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and three dogs, playing golf, and exploring new destinations.
