Metro State: Student Success Building

This four-story, 145,000 square-feet building, includes: classrooms, support programs and administration offices with an adjacent central quad. The new building will house the First Year Success Program, Center for Innovation and a community action theater. The theater will connect academic resources with the needs of the community in a state-of-the-art meeting facility for public roundtables and special interest brainstorms. The project is aiming for LEED Gold certification.

Hines EOS Office Building

This office building is called "Eos" for the goddess of dawn.

This 4-story, 192,000 square foot, Class A, core/shell office building features electric car charging stations and LED site lighting. The building’s 10-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows will provide daylighting and unobstructed mountain views. The office building is called “eos” for the goddess of dawn. The project was awarded LEED Platinum in 2012.

North Suburban Medical Center: Emergency Department

This 11,000 square foot stand-alone facility includes: 10 patient rooms, radiation/CT scanning, trauma/triage rooms, laboratory and doctor offices. A single helicopter pad is located to the east of the building. This location serves as an extension to the North Suburban Medical Center that is located eight miles away. E Light completed all electrical, fire alarm and installed conduit for the security and nurse call systems.

Rare Air Limited Hangar

Located at Centennial Airport, this project includes a 30,000 square foot aircraft hanger & 9,950 square foot office/support building. The hangar includes a 28' high hangar door and specialized equipment for heaters and taxiway lighting.
