This dairy runs 24/7/365 days a year to produce organic 1% and skim milk. A second production line was added to the dairy for increased capacity. The scope of work for this 47,000 square foot facility includes: new boilers, a new air compressor and air dryer, and upgrading the building automation system. Work also includes the expansion of the water treatment plant with a new transformer and 800 amp disconnect and extensive control with the addition of two new motor control centers.
