2007 CREJ: Renewable and Sustainable Design in Buildings Award Winner
This project is a 6-story, 119 unit building developed for seniors. The first floor has a meeting room, kitchen, fitness room, computer lab, and salon. The project also has an underground parking structure. This building is an excellent example of integrating sustainable features into an affordable-housing building.
