This 92,000 square foot, design-assist project included the renovation and construction of two student dormitories and a new football stadium. The first dormitory was a three-story remodel of the existing student living area. This involved the complete remodel of all electric and fire alarm systems. A new, 4-story dormitory was constructed adjacent to the new, Rex Field Stadium. The stadium includes a press box and features a restaurant with skyview seating and a student dining hall. Finally, stadium lighting, communications and all new site lighting for the campus was installed.
