This 4-story, 192,000 square foot, Class A, core/shell office building features electric car charging stations and LED site lighting. The building’s 10-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows will provide daylighting and unobstructed mountain views. The office building is called “eos” for the goddess of dawn. The project was awarded LEED Platinum in 2012.
