This design-build project included a 160,000 square foot, 6-story core/shell office building; a 210,000 square foot, 7-story parking garage and a pedestrian bridge that crosses over 6 lanes of traffic. The building occupants include The Children's Hospital. The first floor of the office building also includes 17,000 square feet of retail space.
