Safety & Training

The electrical industry has many new opportunities for those individuals interested in the trade. Our in-house apprenticeship program combines on-the-job experience with a structured classroom environment. Students are equipped with the necessary knowledge to successfully complete the journeyman electrician exam and most importantly, are prepared for future leadership opportunities. This format prepares our students for a  career as a skilled journeyman electrician.

E Light is the only remaining merit companies in the state of Colorado that has an approved in-house Department of Labor Certified Electrical Apprenticeship Training Program. This approach allows E Light to customize our apprenticeship program to include trade skills, technical skills, safety and leadership principles. Our training programs are designed in a timely manner, specific to the needs of our workforce. From apprentice training to ongoing leadership training, we are constantly addressing the educational needs of our employees to better serve our customers.
